Mama Moves founder Natalie Ferris is an experienced personal trainer with 10 years in the fitness industry specialising in pre and post natal. 

A new mama herself after a 5 year IVF journey she wanted to create a community for other woman who need support and guidance through these important stages whether its trying for a baby, during pregnancy or recovery after birth.
